We are super excited to announce Jane’s new integrated payment processing for our customers in North America! We are beginning a public beta today and we would love for you to be part of it.
Jane has joined forces with Payfirma to offer a simple, more flexible payment system. This means you can process credit cards right in Jane, store customer cards on their profile, accept online booking pre-payments online, and send e-invoices to customers for outstanding balances.
Store credit cards on file: You can now securely store customer credit card information directly in their profile, making it faster and easier for your staff to process payments. Charge through Jane to avoid double entry to a terminal and get your clients on their way without pins or signatures.

Join the Public Beta
We are rolling out the new payments features over the coming weeks to 50 savvy customers who would like to be early adopters. We’ve got about 20 spots left, so get going with the steps below if you want in.
Here’s how to get started:
1) Sign Up with Payfirma. Head to the Settings area in Jane (you need to have “Full Access” permissions), and select “Integrations”. Here you’ll see some simple instructions to sign up with Payfirma.
After filling out this quick form, a Payfirma team member will give you a call to go over the rates and details with you and answer any questions you have.
2) Let the Jane team know you would like to participate. Once your Payfirma account is open, let us know and we’ll enable the new features for you! You can begin storing cards and processing payments in Jane right away. We will be releasing the online booking / pay online features for your customers in the coming weeks.
