1️⃣ Here’s a video series on Getting Started with Jane. This video series is intended for fresh Jane accounts, to help walk through the early set-up. (Hint: Hold the CTRL (PC/Windows) or command (Mac) key down on your keyboard while clicking, to open the link in a different tab!)
2️⃣ Here’s our video database by collection, if you wanted to learn about a certain feature, sure as Insurance, Charting or Integrations.
3️⃣ Finally, here’s a link to our entire database of videos if you just wanted to scan through and pick what you’d like to learn, or– you can create a curriculum for your staff by saving various bookmarks to a bookmark folder on your computer (though before you do that– check out the section on training).
Pro-tip 1: You can search the videos section by clicking the little magnifying glass. If you use the search bar in the very top right– this will search ALL of vimeo. The entire database– not just videos uploaded by Jane.

These training programs are similar but each one focusses on the main typical workflows for each role. This training program is equipped with written text, videos, and quizzes to help learners of all styles.
Quizzes can be open book–there’s no cheating here, the goal is to learn. One thing that is important to note is that we do not recommend practicing in your own account. If you’d like to practice anything that you’ve learned– just shoot us a quite emailing asking for this week’s demo site password and we will provide you with access to our practice site.

Emailing us/ Guide Docs 👩🏽💻📗
Before I get down to it, one thing that’s important to keep in mind when emailing us is patient privacy.
On the one hand, in the rare case that you’re looking for help investigating a specific case– we do need to know where to find the needle in the haystack. In this case, just send us a link to the profile in question, and let us know the date of the appointment, payment, or whatever it is that you need us to look into:
Additionally, if you need to send us a screenshot of your schedule– make sure that you enable privacy mode to blur our your patient details:
If you click the Need Help? button in the top-right of your screen in Jane. There you can search our Guide docs or send us an email. If you’re sending us an email– just make sure you send us a link to the patient profile so we know where to look!:
