Filling out a rating survey (for Patients)

Hey there! 👋 You must be looking to leave a review for an appointment! That’s awesome. We know your therapist and the clinic will really appreciate it!

You should have received an email from your provider. Start by opening up the email and clicking the “Rate Your Experience” button:

Depending on the set up of your clinic, there may be two different options given to you when rating your visit. We’ll go over each below.

Leaving Feedback Internally

Once you click the “Rate Your Experience button from your email, you’ll be taken to a webpage where you’ll have a chance to let the practitioner know how they did by clicking a star rating out of 5. Giving a 5-star rating lets the practitioner know they did an amazing job, while a 1-star rating means there’s lots of improvement. You can also choose to leave a written review for the practitioner to review privately. This feedback is only visible by the clinic owner and the practitioner you’re leaving feedback for. When you’re finished, don’t forget to click the Submit button!

That’s it. Your practitioner and their clinic appreciate the feedback!

Leaving Feedback Publicly on Google

If the clinic has enabled the option to post reviews to their Google page, you’ll see this additional option when leaving your review.

The first step is still the same of rating your visit out of 5 stars. This rating is visible privately by the clinic and practitioner. After submitting your star rating you have the option of submitting a public Google Review or a Private Internal Review.

If you click the option to leave a Google Review you’ll be redirected to the clinics Google page. If you’re not yet signed into Google, you’ll be prompted to do this first. Once signed in, simply add your public rating and review in the new window. When you’re finished, click Post to publish the review.

You should be able to see your review posted after on the clinic’s Google page.
