Physitrack and Jane

If you are not an existing Physitrack customer and are simply looking to set up Jane’s new in-house Online Appointments feature you can visit our Guide and search Online Appointments. Please note - you do not need to have a Physitrack account or sign up for Physitrack to use Jane’s Online Appointment feature.

We will be offering our new Online Appointments feature free of charge for the next few months while we are all managing the effects of COVID-19. We’ve put together a FAQ that you can also find on the Guide.

Our integration with Physitrack, an exercise prescription platform, also offers HIPAA compliant capabilities.

Here are the steps:

Step 1: Log in to Physitrack

From your patient’s chart, click the patient drop-down menu in the header of the chart.

Select View in Physitrack from the drop-down menu.

Click on View in Physitrack one more time

Step 2: Start a Call

Click on the “Start a Call” button

If this is an existing client who has PhysiApp installed on his Android or iOS device, the client will get a push message alerting them that someone is trying to call them.

If this is a new client who hasn’t downloaded PhysiApp yet, you will need to invite them to join the call.

Click Turn on your camera and microphone to enable the camera and microphone on your computer.

Step 3: Starting a Call

After the patient accepts the call and any required consents, that’s it. Welcome!

At any time during your call you can: send messages to your patient, or end the call.

Pro tip: You may want to use headsets with microphone for improved sound quality and privacy and consider USB echo-canceling speakers for meeting room environments.
