Here’s some info on moving your data over from Atlas Chiropractic Software to Jane.
Exporting your Customers from Atlas Chiropractic Software
Coming from Atlas, we’ll need you to upload your Customer/Patient export with as much detail as possible.
The Patient List is actually the only one we’ve ever seen coming out of Atlas.
We’ve seen this come through as a CSV file - which was exported from within Atlas. We can import from excel or CSV so either format is fine - this is likely found in the “Reports” tab.
Exporting anything else from Atlas
We have never had a client successfully export any other data from Atlas - so appointments need to be moved over manually by booking them in one at a time after we’ve imported your patients. It’s good to plan your import over a time period where there’s some down time (such as a weekend) to book the appointments in.
Exporting your Charts from Atlas
We have not seen any successful batch export of charts from Atlas, but they can be exported one at a time to PDFs. We recommend transitioning your charts in the same way you would if you were moving from paper chart, which is to transition the charts one at a time when the patients come in (or often the day before). Here’s a help document about Moving Charts Over.
Uploading into Jane
To ensure that your data is uploaded to the correct account, and for security reasons, we do not accept patient data via email. You can upload the files to us in the Settings > Schedule an Import area.
You can find an overview of this process here: Scheduling Your Import
If you need any further help getting all set up to run with Jane, just let us know!
